Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between LURIS (located at 47 rue de Vivienne, 75002 Paris) and any person making a purchase on the luris.com website.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are not contractually binding.

Article 3 - Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (applicable French VAT). LURIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 - Order

Any order placed on the site implies adherence to these GTC. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured via our provider Shopify Payments.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Please consult our Delivery and Returns page for more details.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay a penalty.

Article 8 - Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
