Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between LURIS (registered at 47 rue de Vivienne, 75002 Paris) and any person making a purchase on the luris.com website.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs have no contractual value.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT applicable). LURIS reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 - Order

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured through our provider, Shopify Payments.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery times are provided for guidance only. See our Shipping and Returns page for more details.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

Article 8 - Disputes

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
