Shipping Times

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after payment validation.

Delivery Times

For mainland France: 8 to 10 business days after dispatch.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of payment, based on the weight and destination of your order.

Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product, without having to provide a reason.

The product must be returned in its original, unused packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately via the contact form with a photo of the product; we will offer a replacement or a refund.
